What we collect

• Orders: email, name, shipping address — needed to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Account: email, name, and (if you choose) a password or your Google account id.
• Custom creations: the photo you upload and your notes. Photos are private, used only to create your piece, and deleted on request.
• Payments: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card details.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (login session, cart) are always active. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and TikTok Pixel are loaded only after your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime by clearing the site's cookies.

Retention & rights

Order data is kept as long as required by tax law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time at hello@pollyhandmade.gr.

Third parties

We share data only with: Stripe (payments), BOX NOW (delivery), and — with your consent — Google/Meta/TikTok (analytics & advertising).
