Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of pollyhandmade.gr and purchases made through it. By using the site you accept these terms.

The store

pollyhandmade.gr sells handmade jewelry and DIY material kits. All products are handmade; small variations in color and shape are part of their character and not defects.

Prices & payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never store your card details.

Orders

After payment you'll receive an order confirmation by email. In the unlikely case a product is unavailable, we'll contact you to replace it or refund you in full.

Custom products

For custom creations (e.g. from your photo), we'll send you a proposal and price before any payment. Custom products are made after your approval and cannot be cancelled once production starts.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos and content on this site belong to Polly Handmade. By uploading a photo for a custom creation you confirm you have the right to use it.
