Right of withdrawal

You may return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Exceptions

Personalized/custom-made items (e.g. jewelry made from your photo, custom stamps) and earrings that have been unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@pollyhandmade.gr with your order number.
2. Ship the product back to the address we'll give you. Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless the product is defective.
3. We refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Defective products

If something arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you immediately — shipping on us.
